Reservation & Cancelation Policy

• Rates are quoted in Canadian funds at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to 13% HST rate and 3% gratuity.
• Rates are fixed at the time of booking.
• Reservations require credit card and contact information that is valid until the date of departure and that will be used to process the booking.
• The full amount of the reservation will be charged to your card within 7 days of your arrival date and is not refundable.
• You may cancel your reservation without charge within 24 hours of booking (not applicable on bookings within 7 days of arrival date).
• By providing your credit card information you are agreeing to the reservation and cancelation policy.  
• Carry chains or use good winter tires between October 1st to April 30th as the drive can be icy!  
• Exception to the cancelation policy during winter months will only be considered when the roads are closed on the 'Drive BC' website and you have made every effort to wait for the roads to open. www.drivebc.ca or 1800-550-4997
• Our rooms are adult orientated. No children under 12.
• We are a pet free accommodation.
• Breakfast will be served at 8:30am.  During Summer months, if you require breakfast earlier or later a continental breakfast can be made available by prior arrangement.
• Bed and breakfast bi-law does not permit guest use of the kitchen, however there is a fridge for guest use.
• Bring some 'inside' slippers if you would like to cover your feet inside the house.  Our beautiful floors don't like shoes!
